tds quarterly return filing

22 March 2011 hi we have deducted TDS for the month of march for the first time and we have to file quarterly return in our office we cant do efiling and as far as alankit pvt people are charging 400rs for electronic filing of form 26Q. is there any other option to file the quarterly return manually with the income tax tds circle department
