client my mistake remitted the tax deducted at source, twice. Is it possible to claim refund from TDS officer.

ya just file a return and claim the refund

Say If income is Rs 1000 and TDS deducted Rs 200 instead of Rs 100. Then in your return show Income as Rs 1000 and TDS amount as Rs 200. Make sure the deductor has shown Rs 200 in the TDS return. You will get credit of the TDS amount.
