TDS persentage on Outsourceing the staff

what is the rate of TDS on otsourcing of staffs to other company whteher it will fall under professional or contract i.e (10.3% or 2.06%)

Mr Ramesh, if the staff provided to the Company are being controlled by you then it is a contract.
However, if the staff are being controlled by the Company itself then it will be a profession to you as you are acting as a conultant.
Furher, it also depends on case to case depending on nature of service.
