Downloading Form-16A for the 2nd quarter which it shows the default summary. Try to download the default summary report it cannot be generated. Please guide me how to view the default summary

You can see your TDS Return Default Summary & Request for Justification Report by Log In into tdscpc.gov.in after successful registration with your TAN and other details.
TDS Department also send Defaulty Summary Report to registered email-id or email id which is mentioned in TDS Return.
