Dear Experts,
In december month there is sunday on 7th december(the last date for payment of tds of November month).
Can we pay tds on 8th december?
or we should pay on 6th dec?

The department is silent on the public holidays on the last date of payments.
It is recommended to consider a date earlier.
But even if we despoit it on 8th the same should not be put down.
