One of my client doing business of commision & Brockrage.
They regular duduct TDS from customers commision & pay it by cheque but my query is it is valid through cheque or necessury by Electronic payment thru account.
Please tell me its urgent

Only corporate assessees and 44AB assessees has to compulsorily use the mode of electronic payment. Others optional. Therefore depending on the assesssee for which you are asking, based on that you have to decide.
