Sir,
We Give a work order for Transformer purchase & installation Material & Labour Part Mention separately in work order. The supplier issue separate bill for material as Tax invoice by charging Vat & Labour Part by charging service tax please advice on which we deduct the TDS or on both bill & Also Advice WCT is to be deducted on which bill under orissa VAT Act.

As per 194C Where value of Material is separately shown in invoice, tds is to be deducted on amount excluding the material value.Accordingly, TDS is to be deducted on invoice of Labour part.
