I have deducted the TDS of a Works Contractor.
Does i required to file any TDS Return for that?
If yes What is a procedure?

TDS return in form 26Q needs to be filed quarterly.

yes agree if you deduct any TDS then you must have to file ETDS return Quarterly. for your case u need to file etds return in form 26Q
