I want to know about TDS deduction on wages paid. Whether as per salary slab or anything else.

01 February 2011 Refer Sec 192, yes they are guided by slab rates after employees provide declaration for their incomes.

01 February 2011 Its on the basis of the individual income slab. Section 192.
