16 September 2013 please let us know that the deduction of TDS is applicable on the visiting card and Letter head
if yes than please confirm the mode of section on TDS deduction

Based on your query, any sort of printing expenses whose threshold total payment during the year is Rs 30,000 in single invoice or Rs 75,000 & more during the year for the same vendor it will attract TDS on basis of Contract which falls under sec 194(c) where 1% for individuals & 2% for others has to be deducted.
If the concern printer does not posses a PAN NUMBER then 20% on the total invoice has to be deducted.
