why we can deduct tds on purchase.
in delhi or other state.

24 November 2014 there is no tds in case of transaction which are sale n purchases.

but my queries is this my company engaged business in variable data printing we does charge vat 5% to parties when party make payment they have deducted our tds.

pls. clear the point help me
