Dear Experts,
Company has taken GTA service of rs. 36000 but company has deducted rs. 1000 for late delivery of goods, however the consignment note is contain rs. 36000, plz let me know should i deduct 2% TDS on 36000 or on 35000,

You should deduct only on Rs.35000/- raise a debit note for Rs.1000/-
