As we aware that TDS on transporter w.e.f. 01-06-2015 has been applicable, if suppose we already received single invoice of transporter amounting Rs.50,000/- in the month April-15 & also paid such amount in the month of April-15. & no further transaction is expected in this financial year.
In this case, Is TDS (194C) should be applicable to transaction (as amount is greater than 30,000/-)? , but transaction done before Apr-2015. Kindly suggest.

This is fine.
The date of applicability is 01st July 2015.
But if any further payment comes, then you will have to deduct TDS.
