WHEN CONTRACTUAL SERVICE OF HIRING GOODS CARRIAGES IS PROVIDED BY A TRANSPORTER ASSOCIATION, THEN IS IT REQUIRED TO DEDUCT TAX U/S 194 EVEN PAN OF ASSOCIATION IS AVAILABLE.

TDS is not applicable, if transporter provides their PAN.

yes, if transporter is providing pan then no need to deduct tds but you have to file tds return with payment data

You have to assure that you are collecting pan of party to whom you are making the payment.
