23 August 2012 Dear Sir,
One of my client is a cement dealer and his turnover is around 2 crors per annum. His freight expences on every purchase is to be around 2200/- to 2500/-. Whether he should file tds return on freight or not.

Please advise me.

23 August 2012 Just Take PAN No. From Transporter.
Then No TDS is Applicable.
Also No Need to Show in TDS Return Also.
