26 July 2013 If there are more than one transfree then what is the procedure for depositing the tds?

is it necessary to deposit in individula names?

26 July 2013 evry time when tds attracts needs to be deposited.
eg every transfer is for more then 50 lacs.

26 July 2013 Thank u Tushar bu my quaery is if there are three transferee having total consideratin 5100000/- ( 1700000/- each) then is it necessary to deposit TDS by three indvidual challans.

26 July 2013 if it was trf seperately like 1 on 21.7.13 for 17 laks then 24.7.13 for 17 lacs and den on 30.7.13 fro same then no tds is attracted.

As it should be exceeding rs 50 lacs transactionwise and not in aggregate.
