WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF TDS WILL BE APPLICABLE ON SUPPLY OF CHARTS,AS THE BILL RECEIVED FROM THE VENDOR HAS NOT CHARGED ANY TAX I.E VAT OR SALES TAX. WOULD REQ TO CONFIRM IF TDS IS APPLICABLE, IF YES REQUESTED TO PROVIDE THE SEC UNDER WHICH THE SAME IS MENTIONED

supply of charts is a trading activity only so TDS is not applicable.
but if you enter into a contract in such a manner that u will provide the raw material and then he will supply the charts the TDS will attract.
