TDS on Stationary after printing

I have purchased some visiting cards,Bag Cover,GatePass etc. after printing our Company name logo and address on it.
Should we deduct TDS on it or not.

Vendor is charging Vat on bill.

13 May 2008 VAT is totally applicable.

TDS should be deducted if you have got into a contract with the vendor @ 2.266%.
