TDS on sponsorship

Dear friends, our company is going to become a sponsor in a seminar. The organisor have raised a bill of Rs. 1 Lac for the same. Have we to deduct tds on it? In which section 194C or 194J?

It appears that organisors are like event management entity & not the professional or technical person as defined in explanation to section 194J. Further detail required to decide the case.
