Dear All
It is learnt that TDS is not to be deucted on
Service Tax portion of the bill raised by the Service Provider.
Please let me know Notification / Circular in this regards

TDS on service tax on rent is not to be deducted only.
On every thing else TDS required to be deducted
On every thing else TDS required to be deducted
