Dear Sir
1) TDS Deduction is Applicable to Sales
Promotion which is paid by Cash Or Cheque
and If Yes What is the Rate.
2) Can We take the Interior Decoration as Furniture and Fixtures for depreciation purpose as per income tax Act If not under which head can we take and what is the Rate.

1. Can you please specify, what is the exact nature of expense ?
2. If the amount spent on Interior Decoration is huge, then its correct to take it in Fur & Fix. However, if the amount is not much, it can be taken as office maintenance also.

No you can not capitalised and take the Interior Decoration as Furniture and Fixtures for depreciation purpose as per income tax Act read section 4(1) for that

our Nature of Business Is IOC Lubs & Oils Distributer. So We have to pay towards our Sales. to the Buyer and Middle man at Factory,Shops Ect So we will pay by Cash or By Cheque Than TDS Will Come On this sales Promotion.

Yes, TDS u/s. 194H will be liable to be deducted for commission or brokerage paid.
