Tds on sale on property

17 May 2016 Dear Sir,

I have purchased property of Rs 5939750/- on 31/12/2015(Agreement Date)
02/01/2015 (Agreement Registration Date)

And I have paid Amount in Instalment basis
1. 500000 31/12/2014
2. 1000000 15/05/2015
3. 500000 20/8/2015
4. 1000000 11/09/2015
5. 2100000 16/11/2015
6 700000 15/02/2016
7. 239750 15/05/2016

Now I want to file 26QB But I have Some Questions

1. What is My Date of Booking
2. How I file only one 26QB form or Each separate form filed as installment basis
3. TDS Payment separately or only one Challan to be file
4. What is Interest Rate to be applicable?
5. Interest on whole payment or Instalment Basis?
6. Late fee of Rs 200 Per day is Applicable or Not?
7. If Late fee applicable then What is Maximum Late Fee levied

17 May 2016 you have to make the tds payment when you make payment you have to pay 1.5% intt per month as you make delay payment,. and intt amount cannot exceeds the tds amount. an also late return filing fee also limit upto tds amount.
