10 February 2014 Whether TDS on sale of property can be claimed in the IT computation of individual.
Whether capital gain tax attracts to such sale/transfer?

10 February 2014 The TDS can be claimed by the seller in his return. The capital gain will be computed in normal course even if TDS has been deducted.
