I booked salary for the month of May on 07.06.09 and paid the salary on the same date
Can i deposit the TDS on salary on 14.06.2009?

Yes, as per tds provision, amount paid or credited will make the actual call for due date of tds.

For the month of May's salary you have to deposit TDS upto 7th June, 2009
