Tds on salary

24 April 2012 A person is employed by two employers of the same group concern. Employees salary from both employers individually is below tax limit however collectively salary becomes taxable. Is any of the employer liable to deduct tax from such employees salary? What are the provisions in this respect under TDS and Salary?
