should tds be deducted on annual salary of Rs. 3,50,000/-
should tds be deducted on annual salary of Rs. 3,50,000/-

No, TDS need to be deducted is the salary is upto Rs. 5,00,000/- p.a., as the rebate of 12500/- on tax amount is available for this tax bracket.
