13 November 2009 is fixed monthly allowances of LTA,HRA,Medical can be given every month and get tax free ?

or we need to reimburse them seprately to claim tax benifit ?

kindly advise me.

13 November 2009 Listen If u will give any fixed allowance it will be taxable unless and until specified by income tax act like HRA has some deduction if it is given on monthly basis provided rent is paid.
Regarding LTA and medical if it is paid monthly without any reimbursement than it is taxable
