Sir,
I want to know what is the due date of salary disbursement in the company as per company act or hr law.
Secondly if salary is distribute after 7th i.e due date of TDS, then when TDS on salary is deposited.

there is no specific due date for payment of salary
generally it may be monthly basis.
if salary disbursed on 7th, then your due date of TDS is 7th of next month
generally it may be monthly basis.
if salary disbursed on 7th, then your due date of TDS is 7th of next month
