Dear Experts,
Pl inform the rate of TDS on salary? What is the limit of salary when TDS is not applicable? Is TDS is applicable on gross salary or basic?

For the purpose of tds on salary there is no rate fixed like any other tds sections.
You have to project the salary for fullyear and allow all dedcutions and consider the proposed investments.
On net taxable salary arrived by you you have to calculate the tax on the same and divide by 12. You will get monthly deduction. The same should be deducted.
