on which amount Tds is to be deducted on salary for f/y 2013-14. whether rebate u/s 87 of Rs. 2000 is allowed for Tds purpose or not. please reply

17 October 2013 read this carefully

it is painful duty of employer to file return of income of their employee

so, as per the rule they need to deduct tax by considering other income, deduction,etc. the same includes rebate amount also, that's why the employer will deduct tax by considering the rebate amount also...

if you satisfy with this answer then ok, otherwise give your mail ID i will send you an auto calculator of TDS, issued by Institute..
