Tds on salaries income of senior citizen

23 April 2014 As per Income Tax Act a senior citizen is not required to pay Advance Tax if his/her income does not include any income from Business.

If it is so!!!

Then a employer should pay salaries to a senior citizen after TDS or without any TDS.
