Tds on salaries

We Filed our Salary Tds Return and got the Form 16 Part A from traces and I attached the same with part B which was generated by me and forwarded the same to one of my employee but few days back I received a reply from that employee that his auditor in Delhi is saying that your employee is entered gross salary in part A of form 16 he has to enter only taxable salary in part A of Form 16 is it true that employee has to enter only Taxable salary in part A of From 16. please clarify
