Tds on safari booking

Dear sir,
I would like to know that I booked a Safari through a Hotel with same package details like below
INR 10,000/- for Hotel room charges
INR 5000/- for guide charges arranged by hotel
INR 30,000/ for safari charges arranged by hotel.
and bill received from same Hotel only.
So kindly advice me on this matter will i deduct the TDS on the payment of Safari and guide charges.
