I have purchased a Plant and Machinery Repairing Bill @ Rs. 1 Lac my query is TDS is applicable or not on rapairing bills. if yess please tell us minimum limits and rate of TDS

18 December 2013 tds applicable on repair charge of machinery

tds 194C applicable if single payment exceeds 30000 and total payments in financial year exceeds 75000
.

so in your case tds 194C applicable
