Please clerify

We do normally Deduct TDS on Rent payable Excluding Service tax, correct ?

If in that bill Vat is also there with Service Tax ? tell me

Wether, Should i deduct TDS considering VAT or Not Considering VAT ?

and Please tell me the reasion i want to know reason also

01 May 2009 In no case you get the vat in the bill of rent becuase it is a service and not the goods.
