12 June 2011 Sir,

We are paying the Rent Rs. 21735/- per month.
For one month how much we have to deduct & the percentage I need.

I am working as a consultant taking Rs. 8,000/-. How much is the deduction.

12 June 2011 TDS on Rent is 10% and on professional fees also it is 10%.For rent threshold limit is 180000 and for professional fees it is 30000. If payment to anyone exceeds threshold then TDS has to be deducted on whole amount.

If my Salary is Rs. 8,000/-
The deductions are 1,000/-

Will you deduct TDS on Consultancy for Rs. 8,000/- or Rs. 7,000/-

Plz Sir bcoz, We are wrongly deducting on Rs. 7,000/-

16 June 2011 Loss of pay for some days. So, we can deduct on total Rs. 8,000/- or on Rs. 7,000/-

We have not paid Professional Tax for March & April both months.

Now we are going to pay.

For March Pt Interest = 2%, is this % is enough or should be add some more %.

Plz and April PT also.
