Sir,
We are paying the Rent Rs. 21735/- per month.
For one month how much we have to deduct & the percentage I need.
I am working as a consultant taking Rs. 8,000/-. How much is the deduction.

TDS on Rent is 10% and on professional fees also it is 10%.For rent threshold limit is 180000 and for professional fees it is 30000. If payment to anyone exceeds threshold then TDS has to be deducted on whole amount.

Loss of pay for some days. So, we can deduct on total Rs. 8,000/- or on Rs. 7,000/-
