a company pay rent to the employees for every month of Rs 21000 ( this amount is gross amount, include 7 employee ). what is requirement for deduct of tds on rent

if amount exceeds rs.180000/- In a year then your have to deduct the TDS @ 10% on rent amount. u/s 194I
