30 September 2013 if my total rent for nine months in a year is Rs 180000 should i have to deduct tds .. just bcz it is of nine months tds provision should applicable or not?

30 September 2013 If rent you have received in the year is more than 180000, tds provision will be applicable. for individual the provision will be applicable if the turnover his business exceeded 1 crore (25 lacks for professional)in preceding financial year.
