please help me
we are paying rent 20000/- PM for 12 Month & its crossing limit of 180000/- but for FY 12-013 rent for the month of feb & march should i deduct tds on rent or not please suggest me

Yes you should deducted TDS. If you failed to deduct TDS till now, than you can deducted in next bill.

dear sir
rent period from feb-13 to jan-13 rs.20000/- PM
for FY 12-13 feb & march is not crossing limit
but from april-13 to jan-14 i deducted tds (20000*10=200000-20000=180000)
please suggest should i deduct tds for jan-13 & feb-13 for this F Y 12-13

Dear Concern,
In this case you will Deduct TDS only if cross the prescribe limit. So for 12-13 no TDS will be deducted.
For 13-14 in case if it crosses 180000 due to increment or amendment than only may have to deducted TDS. In the present scenario you need not deduct TDS.
