I WANT TO KNOW THE TDS WILL BE ON SALE CONSIDERATION THAT IS ACTUAL PAYMENT OR REGISTRATION VALUE WHICH IS AS PER LATEST GUIDLINE VALUE

REGISTRATION STAMP DUTY PAID ON 7400000
TDS APPLICABLE OR NOT ?
