Whether TDS is applicable if we purchased two properties from one person having sales consideration Rs 45 lacs each in the same financial year.?

if agreement is seperate then no need to deduct tds.

but we had purchased property from a single agreement and selling it under separate sale agreements..

If your purchase exceeds 50 lakhs in a transaction TDS applicable

It would be applicable as you say it covers under a single agreement.
