Tds on proforma invoice for last year

Can anyone deduct TDS on proforma invoice ?What if my customer deducted my TDS on proforma invoice raised by me last year and final invoice is raised in Current year. How can I take accounting entry in the books in that regard ?

18 August 2014 No TDS is to be deducted on Pro-forma invoice.
It appears that the TDS is deducted on advance payment which is valid.
