Can anyine tell me under what section and at what rate, TDS on production of film is to be deducted.

It has to be deducted u/s 194J - Fees for Professional and Technical Services. The rate of tax is 10% in case PAN is available, else 20%

As per Circular no. 715 it seems to be under section 194-C.
