Whether tds will be deducted on Printing Bill Of Calender, if VAT is charged on it?

If you have given a printing order for calenders particularly for your company and they are supplying based on that then TDS is applicable.
If there is a preprinted set of calenders which you are purchasing and just embosing your name there then they are selling a calender to you then tds is not applicable.
