in my office i have made contract with HCL for printer & copy. hcl give me two seprate bill. one for rental bill & second for copy.
pls advise tds rate & section on rental printer & TDs on copy & matirial.

Rental - U/s 194I, No need to pay TDS upto Rs. 180000/- for per financial year transactions. if exceed, TDS is 2%.
Copy - U/s 194C, No need to pay TDS upto Rs. 75000/- & for per financial year transactions & not exceed Rs. 30000/- or above single payment. if exceed, Company,firm.Co-op Society,Local authority TDS is 2% & HUF , Individual TDS is 1%.
