Suppose I have taken a factory on rent along with factory building, then what % I have to pay TDS.

19 April 2012 Are you the owner? No you have taken the factory on rently rent and every month after deduction of TDS you have to pay to the owner of the factory building and machinery. The TDS is to be deducted only when the rent payable exceeds the minimum limit fixed by the respective section.
