tds @ 2.06% / 2.266% will be deducted of contractor u/s 194C.

Thanks jitender 4 prompt reply but if we are paying to indian shipping agents of foreign shipping compnay then what will be the rates

tds will not be deducted in case of foreign shipping companes- sec 172
