15 June 2016 Dear Experts Please let me know whether TDS to be deduct on payment to Packers and Movers as bill amount is 27715.00. This packer and movers is under private Ltd.

15 June 2016 Dear Jimmy,
TDS is applicable us 194 C if the single invoice is for more than Rs 30,000 or Rs 1 lac (amended from 01.06.2016- before it was Rs 75,000). In this case, if you continue to use the service (same party / vendor) during the year, then deduct TDS.
