Sir,
If the employee of the company expired, whether the superannuation amount which will be received his nominee is taxable. Plase guide me. If yes at what rate and under which section?

Hi Yogesh,
No it's not taxable in the hands of legal heirs on the death of the beneficiary if it is a approved superannuation fund. Please refer Sec 10(13) of the IT act.
