Whether the payment from a corporate for extension of warranty of a vehicle is eligible for TDS u/s 194(C). As it seems the extended warranty is nearly about a service contract. So, please confirm, whether it will be treated as such for TDS or not.

So now depends on the type warranty, it may fall in 194C or 194J.
